The Snows They Melt The Soonest...
I love this song, it's one of many I grew up with and Dick Gaughan's dark celtic timbre is engrained fondly into my childhood's listening. I'm posting it just because it' s been in my head today and its a beautiful song, so I thought I'd share it...
Time and tide seem to be rushing by so fast lately, so sorry I've not been around much lately folks... I'll post some artwork soon and I have a painting bursting to get started the moment time and energy allow!
I went to Art in Action last weekend which topped me up with inspiration and a great motivation to get painting, not least because of the wonderful Russian watercolours and beautiful new sable brushes I came home with! More on that later with photos to come!
In the meantime here's a few photos of the wonderful Watersmeet pathway at Lynmouth near Exmoor we visited a few weeks back, that I've been inspired to show after seeing Valerianna's wonderful wild woods and waterfalls over at RavenWood Forest
Its very much Tolkien territory don't you think?
Is this tree yawning or singing? Either way its the wrong side of midnight, so I better be off to bed! Goodnight folks, back soon!
